Basic Hourly Rate: $108.00 (effective July 1, 2022)
1/2 hour minimum per month, additional time billed at 15-minute increments, pro-rated. I include 15 free miles with rates. Each additional mile will be charged according to the current IRS rate.

Personal Representative Rate: $144/hour (effective July 1, 2022)
Monthly service plans: Services for monthly plans require payment in full before services are rendered. All hours for monthly plans must be used 30 days from the date of the first service. Refunds will not be given for hours not used within 30 days.
One Time Setup Fee: $300

I respectfully request all expenses and hourly rates be paid before or when services are rendered. Alternate arrangements can be made for clients who use services on a regular basis. Cash or check are accepted.

Client is responsible for all additional expenses over and above the hourly rate including but not limited to third party charges.

Hours of Operation:
Unless other arrangements are made, I keep normal business hours; Monday-Friday, 9:30-4:30, closed on holidays.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
I realize unforeseen scheduling changes arise; I thank you for making every effort to provide at least 24-hour notice of changes, including cancellations. I will do the same in return!
